Site Location

Taita Taveta County — A Strategically Exceptional Site

Our primary mining operations are located at Mariwenyi, Ronge/Nyika 1698, in the Mwatate Sub-County of Taita Taveta County — a region with geologically confirmed, high-grade manganese deposits across the licensed area.

The site sits within Kenya’s established mining corridor and benefits from direct road access to the Mombasa–Nairobi highway, providing reliable, low-cost logistics to Kenya’s largest export port just 167km away.

167km to Mombasa Port

East Africa’s largest and busiest export port — direct road access via established corridors.

Geologically Confirmed Reserves

100M+ tonnes of proven high-grade manganese — verified, quantified, accessible.

Community Land Agreements in Place

Formal landowner agreements secured — reducing operational and legal risk from the outset.

Established Local Infrastructure

Road access, water infrastructure, and local workforce availability already in place.

The Operation

What We Do — From Ground to Market

Step 01

Exploration & Surveying

Geological survey and mapping of deposit zones across the 1.88km² licensed area and surrounding prospecting license zones to confirm grade and volume.

Step 02

Extraction & Mining

Open-cast and underground extraction of manganese ore using structured safety systems, controlled blasting, and disciplined overburden management protocols.

Step 03

Processing & Grading

On-site crushing, screening, and grading of ore to international specifications — ensuring consistent grade and particle size for export buyers and processing facilities.

Step 04

Logistics & Export

Road transport to Mombasa port via the Mombasa–Nairobi highway. Container and bulk vessel loading for delivery to Asian, European, and regional buyers under offtake agreements.

Production Roadmap

Three Phases to Full-Scale Production

Our operations are structured in three deliberate phases — allowing capital to be deployed progressively, infrastructure to be built systematically, and output to scale as operations are proven at each stage.

Capital Requirement

$10M USD

Target raise for full production capacity

Investment is structured to allow phased deployment — with returns beginning from Phase 2 initial production, reducing overall exposure risk for capital partners.

Phase 1Setup & Infrastructure

Site Preparation & Equipment Sourcing

Site clearing, access road development, equipment procurement and mobilisation, water infrastructure installation, and on-site office and safety facility construction.

Phase 2Initial Production

First Extraction & Trial Export

Initial ore extraction, on-site processing and grading, quality assurance testing, and first export shipments to validate logistics pipeline and establish buyer relationships.

Phase 3Full Scale

Full-Scale Production at $10M Capacity

Full operational capacity activated. Consistent monthly extraction output, established offtake contracts with international buyers, and ongoing environmental monitoring and community integration.

Equipment & Infrastructure

Built to Extract.
Built to Last.

Heavy equipment sourcing, processing plant installation, and site infrastructure are planned from Phase 1 — engineered for decades of consistent output, not short-term production.

How We Operate

Safety, Compliance & Environmental Standards

Structured Safety Systems

All extraction activities operate under formal safety management plans covering equipment operation, worker protection, emergency response, and incident reporting protocols.

Compliance with Kenya’s Occupational Safety and Health Act is mandatory across all operational phases.

NEMA Environmental Monitoring

Ongoing environmental impact monitoring conducted in accordance with NEMA certification requirements — covering dust, water runoff, vegetation, and land rehabilitation.

Post-extraction land rehabilitation is built into the operational plan from day one.

Regulatory Compliance Framework

All operations are conducted under the Mining Act 2016 (Kenya), with regular reporting to the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining and the National Environment Management Authority.

Tax compliance, business registration, and royalty payment obligations are fully maintained.
