Site Location
Our primary mining operations are located at Mariwenyi, Ronge/Nyika 1698, in the Mwatate Sub-County of Taita Taveta County — a region with geologically confirmed, high-grade manganese deposits across the licensed area.
The site sits within Kenya’s established mining corridor and benefits from direct road access to the Mombasa–Nairobi highway, providing reliable, low-cost logistics to Kenya’s largest export port just 167km away.

The Operation
Production Roadmap
Our operations are structured in three deliberate phases — allowing capital to be deployed progressively, infrastructure to be built systematically, and output to scale as operations are proven at each stage.
Capital Requirement

Target raise for full production capacity
Investment is structured to allow phased deployment — with returns beginning from Phase 2 initial production, reducing overall exposure risk for capital partners.
Site clearing, access road development, equipment procurement and mobilisation, water infrastructure installation, and on-site office and safety facility construction.
Initial ore extraction, on-site processing and grading, quality assurance testing, and first export shipments to validate logistics pipeline and establish buyer relationships.
Full operational capacity activated. Consistent monthly extraction output, established offtake contracts with international buyers, and ongoing environmental monitoring and community integration.
Equipment & Infrastructure
Heavy equipment sourcing, processing plant installation, and site infrastructure are planned from Phase 1 — engineered for decades of consistent output, not short-term production.
How We Operate
All extraction activities operate under formal safety management plans covering equipment operation, worker protection, emergency response, and incident reporting protocols.
Compliance with Kenya’s Occupational Safety and Health Act is mandatory across all operational phases.
Ongoing environmental impact monitoring conducted in accordance with NEMA certification requirements — covering dust, water runoff, vegetation, and land rehabilitation.
Post-extraction land rehabilitation is built into the operational plan from day one.
All operations are conducted under the Mining Act 2016 (Kenya), with regular reporting to the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining and the National Environment Management Authority.
Tax compliance, business registration, and royalty payment obligations are fully maintained.
